DRAWING AND PAINTING COMPETITION
Metti in gioco le tue abilità artistiche con il primo concorso di disegno a matita e pittura a pastello di Associazione Alfa! Il concorso è rivolto a tutti, non è necessario essere associati Alfa.

Put your artistic skills on the line with Associazione Alfa’s first pencil drawing and pastel painting contest! The competition is open to everyone, it is not necessary to be an Alfa member. Below you will find the rules with all the information to participate and the registration form.
CATEGORIE DEL CONCORSO/COMPETITION CATEGORIES
- PASTELLO A SECCO E PASTEL PENCILS Le opere devono essere realizzate esclusivamente con la tecnica del pastello secco (soft) o tecnica mista, in cui il pastello sia presente almeno nella misura dell’80% (specificando comunque tutte le tecniche impiegate).
- DISEGNO A MATITA
- DRY PASTEL AND PASTEL PENCILS The works must be made exclusively with the dry pastel technique (soft) or mixed technique, in which the pastel is present at least to the extent of 80% (however, specifying all the techniques used).
- PENCIL DRAWING
CARATTERISTICHE DELLE IMMAGINI DA INVIARE/CHARACTERISTICS OF THE IMAGES TO BE SENT
Ogni partecipante potrà inviare massimo n. 2 opere.
Le immagini dovranno avere le seguenti caratteristiche:
- formato: JPEG ad alta risoluzione – Risoluzione: 300 DPI
- le foto dovranno essere eseguite senza vetro, senza cornice e senza passe-partout
- le foto sgranate, sfocate, mosse, storte non saranno prese in considerazione.
Le foto dovranno essere nominate nella seguente maniera: TITOLO_DIMENSIONI.JPEG (Es. Titolo_70x50.jpeg)
Le immagini andranno caricate tramite lo specifico modulo che troverai qui sotto.
I diritti delle opere dovranno essere di proprietà dell’artista partecipante; saranno ammesse opere da scatti fotografici non propri, purché autorizzati. Non saranno ammessi: opere realizzate nei corsi, workshop o sotto la supervisione di un insegnante.
Each participant can send a maximum of n. 2 works. The images must have the following characteristics:
- format: high resolution JPEG – Resolution: 300 DPI
- the photos must be taken without glass, without frame and without passe-partout
- grainy, blurry, blurred, crooked photos will not be taken into consideration.
The photos must be named in the following way: TITLE_DIMENSIONS.JPEG (Eg. Title_70x50.jpeg)
The images will be uploaded using the specific form you will find below.
The rights of the works must be owned by the participating artist; works from non-own photographic shots will be admitted, as long as they are authorized. Will not be admitted: works made in courses, workshops or under the supervision of a teacher.
DURATA DELLE ISCRIZIONI/DURATION OF REGISTRATIONS
L’iscrizione al concorso potrà essere effettuata dal 15 luglio al 15 settembre 2021 (attenzione! prorogato al 15 ottobre 2021)
Registration for the competition can be made from 15 July to 15 September 2021 (attention! extended to 15 October 2021)

VINCITORI/WINNERS
I nomi dei vincitori saranno comunicati sui canali social ALFA il giorno lunedì 15 novembre 2021.
The names of the winners will be announced on the ALFA social channels on Monday 15 November 2021.
GIURIA/JURY
La giuria sarà composta da pittori professionisti, i cui nomi verranno comunicati solamente al momento delle premiazioni. I componenti della giuria valuteranno le opere in maniera del tutto imparziale, senza conoscerne l’autore.
The jury will be composed of professional painters, whose names will be communicated only at the time of the awards ceremony. The members of the jury will evaluate the works in a completely impartial way, without knowing the author.
